2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAP! JACINTO APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 4429

4 This resolution is adopted with reference to the following facts :
5 A. Final Map Tract No. 4429 applied for by Lewis Homes , a partnership , has
6 received the recommendation for approval by the Planning Commission subject to
i
7 conditions which have been received and noted by the Council .
8 B. The Council has reviewed the map and conditions recommended for approval .

9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacin7I
10 to sitting in regular adjourned session on the 18th day of July 1972 as follows : I1
11 1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true and accepts and
receives the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commi s-
12 sion and approves the same as its own findings .
13 2. The Final Map, Tract No. 4429, is hereby approved subject to the
conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.

3. Prior to recordation of the Final Map applicant shall execute
15 Subdivision Improvement Agreement and post security as required
16 by law in the amounts fixed by the Building Official .

PASSED AND ADOPTED the 18th day of July 1972.
