RESOLUTION NO. 951
2 A,RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE TEXACO, INC. BULK PURCHASES
3 AWARD BY THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
4 - BE IT RESOLVED thatthe City of San Jacinto requests participation in
5 'Award 72J2462 to Texaco, Inc. , by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors for
6 the purchase of lubricating oils and greases from July 1 ; 1972 through June 30,
7 1973.
8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
9 approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
10 County contract for lubricating oils and greases:
11 1 . Will make all purchases in its own name for public use only;
12 2. Wild be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and
for tax liability and will hold the County harmless therefrom;
13
3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract for like
14 purchases
15 '4: Has not obtained and does not have under consideration written
bids or quotations from other vendors for 1'ike purchases.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July 1972 'by the following vote:
