2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO FINDING THE AVERAGE NUMBER. OF HOURS
3 PER WEEK WORKED IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
BY THE CITY ATTORNEY SINCE HIS APPOINTMENT.

5 This resolution is adopted with .reference to the following facts :'
6 A. The City Att(r ney has elected to ,loin the Public Employees
Retirement System and requested that his benefits be computed on
7 the basis of the date he .was first eligible to join the System had
this City been a contracting member thereof at that time.
B. The System has requested that the City Council determine
9 the average number of hours devoted by the City Attorney to work
in behalf of the City of San Jacinto since his appointment* '

C. By a memorandum submitted July 5' 1972 the City Attorney
11 has offered evidence of the number of his hours devoted to business
in behalf of this city since the date of his appointment on May So
7.2 1963a
13 NOW THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City
of San Jacinto sitting in regular session this 5th day of July 1972 as
14 follows:
15 1. The City Council herby finds and determines that Donald
C. Wickham has been City Attorney of the City of San Jacinto since
16 May 8, 1963 and that since his appointment he has devoted the averag
number of hours per week in behalf of the City of San Jacinto for
17 the respective periods set forth below:
