2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, SUPPORTING THE VALLEY SCHOOL OF ALCOHOLISM AND
3 DRUG ABUSE FOR PERFORMING A USEFUL COMMUNITY SERVICE
4 WHEREAS, the Valley School of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, established and
5 sponsored by Experience Incorporated, Hemet, California, is now providing a
I
6 needed public educational service; and
7 WHEREAS tree School is being conducted under the auspices and direction
g of the Hemet Unified School District Adult Education Department„ and
9 WHEREAS, the justice courts of the Hemet and San Jacinto Judicial Dis-
10 tricts are giving full support and cooperation to this program, recognizing
11 that education is a more effective deterent than punishment for many alcohol
12 and drug related problems.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of San Jacinto
14 commends and endorses the Valley School on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse for per-
151 forming a needed and useful community service.
