3 WHEREAS, the California Council on Criminal Justice may consent to re-
4 view for possible funding the project submitted by the City of San Jacinto
5 Police Department referred to as Video Camera/Tape Recorder/Monitor Training
6 Unit.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of this Council is directed,
8 to execute on behalf of the City of San Jacinto the application for grant for
9 law enforcement purposes and special conditions attached thereto.
10 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the applicant agrees to provide the required �
11 matching funds to said projects; and
12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hereunder shall not be
13 used to supplant ongoing law enforcement expenditures .
14 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 1972 by the City Council
15 of the City of San Jacinto by the following vote:
16 AYES: Councilmen Stevens , Brooks , Sanzberro, Wallace and Cutting.
17 NOES: None.
18 ABSENT: None.
