2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE MOBIL OIL COMPANY BULK PUR-
3 I CHASES AWARD BY THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
4 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto, effective February 16 , 1972
5 i requests participation in the Mobil Oil Company bulk purchases award by the
G County of Riverside Board of Supervisors for the purchase of gasoline, diesel

7 oil , kerosene and stove oil ..
8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
9 approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
10 County contract on gasoline , diesel oil , kerosene and stove oil :
11 1 . Will make all purchases in its own name for public use only;
12 2. Will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and
for tax liability and will hold the County harmless therefrom;
13
3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract for like
14 purchases;
15 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consideration written
bids or quotations from other vendors for like purchases .
