RESOLUTION NO. 921
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO EXPRESSING THANKS TO SUPERVISOR NORMAN DAVIS
2 NOT ONLY FOR HIS AVAILABILITY TO CITY OFFICIALS AND
CITIZENS IN HIS DISTRICT BUT ALSO FOR HIS HELPFULNESS

WHEREAS by reapportionment of supervisorial boundaries within the County of
4
Riverside this year the City of San Jacinto was placed in the Third Supervisor-
5
ial District_, and
6
WHEREAS the Supervisor for the Third District is Norman Davis , and
7
WHEREAS Supervisor Davis has consistently worked with the City of San Ja-
cinto for its orderly development and growth , continued prosperity and best in-
9
terests9 and
10
WHEREAS Supervisor Davis has been helpful to and has faithfully represent-
11
ed the City of San Jacinto by his voting record , by his availability to meet
12
with city officials to discuss mutual problems and by the interest he has shown
13
in helping citizen groups here in the valley.

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto hereby thanks
15
Supervisor Davis for the many ways he has helped our community and wishes him
16
well in his future endeavors , and
17
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution be; pre
18
sented -to Supervisor Davis .

MOVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 1971 by the following vote :

AYES: Councilmen Saben, Stevens , Young , Cutting and Brooks.
