1. A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE-COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO TO INITIATE ON ITS OWN MOTION
2 PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY.
3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO;
4 . 1 . That the Council of. the City of San Jacinto, for the reasons herein-
5 after mentioned, proposes to initiate on its own motion, as soon as it can legal
6 ly do so, proceedings to annex to the City of San Jacinto all the territory here
7 inafter described as uninhabited territory under provisions of the Annexation of
8 Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 as set forth in Sections 35300 to 353269 in
9 clusive9 of the Government Code of the State of California.
10 2. That the Council 's reasons for proposing to initiate said annexation
11 proceedings are as follows : The annexation of the hereinafter described terri-
12 Cory will contribute to the orderly growth of the City, provide proper control
13 fo street layout, drainage , sanitary sewer., design and insure proper use of the
14 land in conformity with the overall zoning plan of the City:
15 3. That the territory which the Council proposes to annex is hereby iden-
16
tified as "Annexation No. 13" and consists of all that real property described,. , . , ,.,.

20 band Association as shown by Map on file in Book 8 of Maps, 7Page
