A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 761 REGARDING DESIGNATION OF STREETS
4 WHEREAS considerable confusion has resulted from the change of nomencla-
5 tore in the designation of streets in the City of San Jacinto following the adop-
6 tion of Resolution No. 761 , particularly when handling voting registration prob-
7 l ems; and
8 WHEREAS no public hearings were held prior to the adoption of the said
Resolution No. 761 ;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
11 Jacinto sitting in regular session this 6th day of April 1971 as follows :
12 1 . The foregoing facts are determined to be true.
13 2, Resolution No. 761 of this Council , adopted February 6, 1968,
is hereby repealed effective immediately.

3, The street number system and designation of streets heretofore
15 1
in effect at the time of the adoption of the said Resolution
No. 761 is hereby reinstated.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 6th day of April 1971 by unanimous vote of l�
