14HEREAS the California Council on Criminal Justice may consent to review
for possible funding the project submitted by the Riverside County Allied Law

5 Enforcement Agencies referred to as the Regional Integrated Narcotic Enforcement
6 Team'.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of this Council is direc-
8 ted to execute on behalf of the City of San Jacinto the application for grant for
I law enforcement purposes and special conditions attached thereto.

10 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the applicant agrees to provide the required
11 matching funds to said project.
12fi BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hereunder shall not be
13 used to supplant ongoing law enforcement expenditures .
14 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
15 City of San Jacinto held on the 2nd day of March 1971 by the following vote:
16 AYES: Councilmen Stevens , Young, Cutting and Saben.
