A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO GRANTING APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION
2 i OF TWO LOTS IN THE CITY. (LOT SPLIT L.S.3-70)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
4 Section 1 . The Planning Commission, May 12, 1970, finds and determines that
an application has been filed by Mrs. Mary Ispas to allow a subdivision of two (2)
5 ; lots on property located at 405 and 407 East Shaver Street, and after due con-
sideration, the Planning Commission submits the following findings:

(a) That the applicant has submitted maps and installed monument markers
7 I as required by City and State Codes.
8 (b) That Parcel No. 1 does not comply with Section 18-13(b) of the city
Code. Therefore, Section 18-15 requires the map and files be forward-
9 ed to the City Council for final determination.
10 (c) After determination by the City Council the map shall then be certified
by the City Clerk as having been approved or disapproved by the City
11 Council and such action shall be final .
12 Section 2. At an adjourned regular meetinc'I on June 16, 1970, the City Coun-i
cil approved the application for a lot split subject to the following conditions :

(a) That curbs , gutters , sidewalks , sewer facilities , water system and
1411 street paving from Shaver Street to include all frontage of Parcel No.11
of Lot Split Case No.L.S.3-70 must be installed prior to occupancy of
1-5 any development on the property or a deposit in cash or a letter of
credit to be approved by the Public Works Director and City Attorney.
