1; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN ITEMS FROM THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE

3 11 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto requests participation in Award !
11170/1942 to the Union Oil Company by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors for
5 Ithe purchase of lubricating oils and greases from August 4, 1970 through June 30,
1971 .
7 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto aD-
8 loroved the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the County
9 � contract for lubricating oils and. greases :
I
10 1 . Will make all ourchases in its own name for public use only;
11 2. Will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and
12 tax liability and will hold the County harmless therefrom-.
3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract for
13 like purchases;
14 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consideration writ-
ten bids or quotations from other vendors for like purchases.

16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
1- �Jac into, State of California, in regular session assembled this of
