A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN ITEMS FROM THE COUNTY''OF RIVERSIDE

3 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto, effective August 4, 1970, re-
4 guests participation in the Shell Oil Company bulk purchases award by the River-
5 side County Board of Supervisors for the purchase of gasoline, diesel oil , kero-
6 isene and stove oil .
7 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
81: approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
9 County contract on gasoline, diesel oil , kerosene and stove oil :
10 1 . Will make all purchases in its own name, for public use only;
11 2. Will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and for
tax liability and will hold the County harmless therefrom-
12 3. Has not and will not have in force anv other contract for like
13 purchases;
14 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consideration written
bids or quotations from other vendors for like purchases .
