A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACIN

3 WHEREAS a regular general municipal election will be held and conducted in
the City of San Jacinto, County of ,Riverside, State of California, on Tuesday, the!
4 loth day of April , 1970, as required by law; and
5 �i WHE!?EAS the City Council of said City desires the canvass of said election

I to be madE by the City Clerk of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN UACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
7 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE , DECLARE, ,DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS;
$ ; Section 1 . That pursuant to Section 22932.5 of the Elections Code of the
State of California, the canvass of the regular general niuni,cipal election to be
9 1 held in the City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California, on
jTuesday, the 14th day of April , 1970, is hereby ordered to be made by the City
l0l� Clerk of the City of San Jacinto.
ll ,I Section 1. That the City Clerk of said City shall prior to the 21st day
of April , 1970 complete the canvass of the regular general municipal election to
12 be held in said City on the '14th day of April 1970 and shall certify the results
to this said City Council on the 21st day of April 1970.

Section 3 That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
14 this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said
City and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records
15 , of the proceedings of the City Council of said City in the minutes of the meetir
6 at .which the same is passed and adopted.

Section 4 That this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
