A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACIN-
TO ACCEPTING A DEED TO REAL PROPERTY
4 WHEREAS by its resolution No. 860 the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto resolved to authorize the purchase of certain in real property therein de-
5 scribed; and
6 WHEREAS a copy of a deed to said reali property has been submitted to
rl the said Council for approval for its acceptance-.
II NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
8 1! Jacinto sitting in regular session this 7th day of April 1970 as follows :

1 . The grant deed dated March 12 , 1970, executed by John K. Jacobson
I Estrue K. Jacobson, Ted P. Ferrick , Mary K. Ferrick, Josef Stramich and Mary
10 Stramich conveying that certain parcel of land situated in the City of San Jacinto
County of Riverside, State of California , described as follows , to wit:

Lot 6 of Block 10 of the Town of San Jacinto as shown by Map
12 on file in Book 7, Page 329 of Maps , San Diego County Records .
13 be and the same is hereby accepted.

2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
and cause the same to be affixed to said deed for purposes of recordation in the
