CINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, AMENDING RATES FOR
2 11 THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH WITHIN OR BY THE
SAID CITY OF SAN JACINTO FOR COMMERCIAL ESTA3LISHMENTS
The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, a ,California municipality,
5 does hereby resolve as follows :
1 . This resolution amends Resolution No. 797, made November 19, 1968, of
said City.
2. Subparagraph (c) of Section 2 of said Resolution No. 797 is amended to
9 ,1read as follows :
1c) (c) For the owner or operator of any commercial establishment: a
11 i minimum of $2.50 per month, and such additional balance in excess thereof
12 as shall be charged by the Collector, on the basis of time study made in
13 I December, 1969, Exhibit A, at the rate of 28 cents per minute for all time
14 in excess of nine minutes per month.
