2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS:
5 A. The Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held a public
hearing on August 9, 1977 to consider the proposed amendment of the Land Use
6 Element of the General Plan herein acted upon and by its Resolution No. 77-32
recommended to the City Council that amendment be adopted.

B. A public hearing was 'duly held December 6, 1977 by the City Council
8 after notice was duly published and said hearing was continued to December 5,
1977 at which time the hearing was concluded. No written communications were
9 received. No oral objections were made.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto, the date hereinafter stated, as follows:

1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.

2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City
13 of San Jacinto is hereby amended as follows :
14 From low,-medium family residential to Highway Com-
mercial at the southwest corner of Cottonwood Avenue
15 and State Street.
-- 16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of December 1977.
