1 RESOLUTION NO. 1194
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS:
5 A. The Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held a public
hearing on November 15, 1977 to consider the proposed amendment of the Land Use
6 Element of the General Plan herein acted upon, and by its Resolution No. 77-52
recommended to the City Council that amendment be adopted.

B. A public hearing was duly held December 6, 1977 by the City Council
8 after notice was duly published. No written or oral objections were received.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto as follows:

1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.

2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the
12 City of San Jacinto is hereby amended as follows :
13 The area on the south side of Shaver Street, west
of Hyatt Elementary School be changed from single
14 family residential to low-medium density.
15 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of December 1977.
