2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT -
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS:
5 A- The Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held a public
�eari ng on October 11 , 1977 to Consider the proposed amendment of the Land Use
6 Element of the General Plan herein acted upon, and by its Resolution No. 77-42
recommended to the City Council that amendment be adopted.

B. A public hearing was duly held December 6, 1977 by the City Council
8 after notice was duly published. No written objections were received. No oral
objections were made.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
10 Jacinto as follows :
11 1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.
12 2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City
of San Jacinto is hereby amended as follows:

From General Commercial to Medium Density Residential
" 14 on the north side of Main Street between Jordan and
Alessandro Avenues .

MOVED,, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of December 1977.
