5 The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, a California
municipality, does hereby resolve as follows :

1. This resolution supersedes Resolution No. 111.0 , adopted
7 July 20 , 1976 , and all other prior resolutions consistent herewith,
8 2 . For the privilege of having garbage and rubbish collected
as provided in Article 11 of the Code of the City of San Jacinto
9 there shall be assessed and charged:
101 (a) For the owner or occupant of residences : $2. 60 per
month ;11 ': (b) For the owner or operator of multiule unit dwellinus
each having }kitchen facilities : $2. 60 per month for the first unit '
and- $ 2 . 10 per month for each additional unit ,regardless whether oc-
�� .:up ied or not ,
13 (c) For the owner or operator of any commercial establish-
ment except as set forth in subparagraph (d) below: The rate of
14 $1. 00 Der cubic yard of volume of the rubbish and trash containers
maintained at each establishment; provided, however, that in no
15 event shall the fee be less than $3. 80 per month.
16 , (d) Mobilehome Parks having refuse picked up at each
spade but the fees are billed to and Daid by the operation shall be
17j charged on the same basis as apartment houses , subparagraph (b}
above. All spaces shall be charged whether occupied or not. Other)
1$ 1 mobilehome parks shall be charged the commercial rate if refuse is
collected at central locations or the residential rates of indivi-

(e) The City Council may provide that rubbish not includ
20 ', ed within the definition of either "garbage" or "waste , " as provide
in Section 11-1 of the City Code , be collected by the City for such,
21Icharge the City Manager or other officer of Contracting Party so
authorized by the City Council may determine to be fair and proper
22 in each individual case.
(f) For new construction sites : $14r00 far a three
23 ! cubic vard bin container for the first week on the site and $7. 00
for each additional piok up after the first one , with a minimum of `
24 $14. 00 charge per site and a minimum of $7. 00 a week after the
first week for one pick up per week.
�5 3. This resolution shall become effective far the trash and
26 refuse billing period first commencing after December 1.5 , 1977,
The City Council does so resolve pursuant to the authority4. i
27 � vested in it lu the provisions of Section 11-19 of the City Code
