2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 10605

WHEREAS, Final Tract Map No. 10605, applied for by Dean Ray, has received
4
the recommendation for approval by the Planning Commission subject to conditions
5
which have been received and noted by the Council ; and
6
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the map and conditions recommended for
7
approval ;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
9
Jacinto as follows:

1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true and accepts
11
and receives the findings and recommendations of the Planning
12
Commission and approves the same as its own findings.
13
2. The Final Map, Tract No. 10605, is hereby approved subject
14
to conditions recommended by the Planning Commission and in-
15
corporated herein by reference.
16
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 18th day of October 1977.
