2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 10579

4 WHEREAS, Final Tract Map 10579, applied for by Dudley Gray, has received
5 the recommendation for approval by the Planning Coomission subject to conditions
6 which have been received and noted by the Council ; and
7 WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the map and conditions recommended for
8 approval ;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
10 Jacinto as follows:
11 1 . The Council finds the foregoinq facts to be true and
accepts and receives the findings and recommendations
12 of the Planning Commission and approves the same as
its own findings .

2. The Final Map, Tract No. 1.0579 is hereby approved sub-
14 ject to conditions recommended by the Planning Com-
mission and incorporated herein by reference.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 18th day of October 1977.
