2 `A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING IN-
3 SPECTION FEE SCHEDULE FOR MOBILEHOMES
4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING FACTS:
5 A. Title 25, Section 18613 of the California Administrative Code authorizes „
cities having assumed enforcement responsibilities of the mobilehome parks law to
6 establish a schedule of fees commensurate with the cost of enforcement.
7 B. The City of San Jacinto, by Ordinance No. 436, assumed such enforcement
responsibility.

C. A proposed schedule of such fees has been offered for the Council ' s con-
9 sideration, marked Exhibit "A", and attached hereto. ( ;
10 i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacin-
to, sitting in regular session, as follows :

1 . The City Council finds the schedule of fees, Exhibit "A", is commensur-

ate with the cost of enforcement of the mobilehome inspection laws.

2. The City Council hereby establishes fees, Exhibit "A", as the fees for
14
inspection of mobilehomes, effective September 6, 1977•,

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 1977• -
