RESOLUTION NO. 1169
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO,- A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, ACCEPTING
3 GRANT DEED FOR PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
4 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:
5 1 . The grant deed granted by Lorene Rumfelt, a widow, dated September 1 , i
6 1977 for easement for public street and public utility purposes on the real prop-
7 erty in the City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California, de
-
8 scribed as
9 That portion of Farm Lot 68 of San Jacinto Land Association as shown
on map on file in Book 8, Page 357 of Maps, San Diego ,County Records
10 described as follows:
11 The northerly forty-four (44) feet of the following described parcel :

1 v Commencing at a point 318.25 feet West of the Northeast corner of
said lot; thence South 230 feet to a point on the North line of
13 that certain parcel conveyed to Clyde A. Strickland, et al , by deed
recorded July 21 , 1964 as Instrument No. 88868; thence West along
14 said North line to the Easterly boundary of Lot C of Park Villa
Tract as shown by map on file in Book 43, Page 21-of Maps, River-
15 side County Records; thence North along the East line of said tract
to the Northeast corner thereof; thence East along the North line
16 of said Lot 68 to the point of beginning (said North line being f
the center line of 7th Street, per Map Book 8, Page 357.

RESERVING any warranties as to this conveyance of the northerly
18 30 feet presumed to already be a portion of 7th Street.
19 be and is hereby accepted.
20 j 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to a copy I

21 of this Resolution and to cause it to be filed for record with the said deed
22 with the official records of the County of Riverside.
23 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 6th day of September 1977.
