1 RESOLUTION NO. 1167
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO ALLOWING APPEAL OF APPLICANT AND
3 GRANTING A VARIANCE TO PARCEL IN CASE NO. V-3-77
4I THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING FACTS:
5 A. Applicant' s request for variances as herein granted was heard by the
Planning Commission of this City on July 12, 1977 and denied.

B. The minutes of the Planning Commission for said hearing were received in
7 evidence.
8 C. The recommendation and report of the Planning Director were received, and;
the Planning Director's comments heard at the hearing on this appeal .

D. The appeal of applicant from the denial of the variance was duly heard
10 this date after due notice being given.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
sitting in regular session the 6th day of September, 1977, as follows:

1 . The Council finds the foregoing to be true and that the facts as stated
13 in the Planner's Report are true, and they are incorporated herein by reference
as findings of the Council .

2. The requested variances for one less parking space and for permit to use
15 the required front yard as a back-turn maneuvering area.
16 3. The variances are conditioned on the following requirements to ameliorat '
the impact by reason of the requested variances:

a. Prior to application for a building permit, the applicant shall sub-
18 mit plans for the proposed construction to the Planning Director for
approval as to compliance with the variance approved hereby.

b. Areas of the subject property not indicated for another use shall be
20 permanently landscaped with provision for watering and shall be kept ,
in a neat and orderly condition at all times .

c. An enclosed trash pickup bin shall be supplied at a convenient to
22 cation.
23 d. Exposed mechanical equipment shall be screened to enhance visibility.
2e e. Garage doors and exteriors shall be provided for each parking
enclosure.
25 MOVED, ADOPTED AND PASSED on the 6th day of September 1977.
