2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR A SUB-
3 STANDARD LOT IN CONNECTION WITH LOT SPLIT
LS-4-77 AND SETTING CONDITIONS THEREFOR

WHEREAS, an application for a lot split (LS-4-77) has been filed with
5
the Planning Commission by Tom Nicholson, 408 Camelia Way; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request and granted
7
the lot split subject to conditions ; and
8
WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed to the Council for a variance in con-
9
nection with a sub-standard lot;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
11
Jacinto as follows :

1 . The foregoing facts are true.

2. A variance is granted for the lot of substandard width ,
14
setting the following conditions:

A. Dedication of 10 feet of frontage on De Anza Drive
16 for future street widening.
17 B. Recordation of an irrevocable offer of dedication on
the parcel known as "Camelia Way" .

- C. Recordation of a parcel map.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 16th day of August 1977.
