2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
3 ACCEPTING ALLEY EASEMENT QUIT CLAIM DEED:
4 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:
5 1 . The quitclaim deed granted by Royal Order of Moose Lodge, No. 1439
6 dated May 9, 1977 for easement for alley purposes, including public right-of-
7 way, electrical transmission lines, gas , water, telephone and television lines
8 and cable television purposes, in and to the real property hereinafter described:
g The southerly eight (8) feet of Lot 5 of Block 16 of the
10 Town of San Jacinto, as per map, Book 7, Page 329, Records
11 of San Diego County, California

13 be and is hereby accepted.
14 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to a copy
15 of this Resolution and to cause it to be filed for record with the said deed
16 with the official records of the County of Riversdie.
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 17th day of May 1977.
