A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL -OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
ACCEPTING ALLEY EASEMENT (QUIT CLAIM DEED:
4 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:
5 1 . The quitclaim deed granted by Ann L. Brown, a widow ------- ----_-a_
6 dated May 4, 1977 for easement for alley purposes, including public right-of-
7 way, electrical transmission lines , gas , water, telephone and television lines
g and cable television purposes, in and to the real property hereinafter described:
9 Parcel 1 : The northerly 10 feet of Lot 1 , in Block 10 of the
town of San Jacinto, as shown by map on file in Book 7, page
- 10 329 of Maps , Records of San Diego County, California
- 11 Parcel 2: The northerly 10 feet of the east 20 feet of Lot 2,
in Block 10 of the Town of San Jacinto, as shown by map on file
12 in Book 7, page 329 of Maps, Records of San Diego County, California.
13 be and is hereby accepted.
14 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to a copy
15 of this Resolution and to cause it to be filed for record with the said deed
16 with the official records of the County of Riversdie.
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 17th day of May 1977.
