3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO REQUESTING THE CITY
4 PLANNING COMISSION TO INITIATE A BEARING
TO CONSIDER CHANGE OF ZONE

A. Change of zoning action taken this date by the :'City
8 Council has left one parcel withC-2 zone as a key lot with the
remainder if the part of the block, is zoned for residential use.
9 BR Commercial use under such circumstance may create problems.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RE- SOLVED by the City Council of the City
10iof San Jacinto as follows "
1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 20 . 02 of the Zoning
1110rdinance of the City of San Jacinto the City Council hereby
requests the Planning; Commission of this city to initiate a public
12 hearing to consider the change of 'zone to residential use of the
parcel described in Exhibit A attached hereto and to report its
13findings and recommendations to the City Council.
2, The City Clerk is requested to deliver_ a copy of this
14 resolution to the Planning Commission® - Q _
