2 'A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, AUTHORIZ-
3 ING THE CITY TREASURER, CITY CLERK AND CERTAIN OTHER
EMPLOYEES TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM A REGULAR SAVINGS
4 PASSBOOK ACCOUNT TO THE CITY'S CHECKING ACCOUNT.
5 RESOLVED, that any of the officials or employees named below are hereby
authorized to deposit the funds of this city with United California Bank and to
6 accept from said Bank, as evidence thereof, its Regular Savings Passbook, and
that all subject deposits will earn interest at the Bank' s prevailing interest
7 rate.

8 RESOLVED FURTHER, that: two signatures are required for transfer from
savings account to checking account: the City Treasurer, City Clerk, City Mana-'
9 ger, Deputy Treasurer or Deputy Clerk of this City are authorized to transfer
funds from this account_

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the funds of this City deposited in United Californ
11 is Bank shall be subject to the bylaws, rules, regulations and practices of the
Bank in force from time-to-time and subject to any and all service charges now
12 or herafter established by said Bank, checks, drafts and other orders for and on
behalf of this City for deposit or, if such orders , checks or drafts are present-
13 ed unendorsed for deposit to this account, said Bank is authorized to supply the
required endorsement. This City agrees that all sums at any time in this ac-
14 count shall be subject. to Right of Offset for liabilities of this City to said
Bank.

RESOLVED FURTHER, said officials or other employees are authorized from
16 time-to-time to make transfers from the account and any checks, drafts or other
orders issued by said Bank in payment of funds on deposit therein may be deliv
17 ered by said Bank to such officials or employees or any of them.
18 RESOLVED FURTHER, that the authority conferred hereby shall extend and ap-
ply to any and all existing Regular Savings Accounts for Local Public Agencies
19 as well as all Regular Savings Accounts for Local Public Agencies hereafter ac-
cepted by United California Bank and that said Bank shall have the right to
20 change the rate of interest with or without written notice and to limit the
amount that may be on deposit at any one time.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
22 sitting in regular session the 3rd day of May 1977. ,

27 I certify that the foregoing is a full , true and correct copy of a Resolu-
tion duly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto at a regular
28 meeting held on the 3rd day of May 1977, a quorum being present and act-
ing and that said resolution has not been amended or rescinded and is now in
29 full force and effect; and that the signatures appearing on the attached card
are the signatures of the persons who are authorized by said resolution to sign
30 for and on behalf of said City.
