2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
3 ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO DEDICATE
4 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:

5 1 . The Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate given by Clara E. Rose and Katherine
6 Ann Rose, dated May 3, 1977, for public street purposes, in and to the real
7 property hereinafter described:
g The northeasterly 10 feet of Lots 5 and 6 of Brinton' s Sub-
division as shown by Map on file in Book 4, Page 225 of Maps,

is hereby accepted.

2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to a copy

of this Resolution and to cause it to be filed for record with the said Irrevo

MOVED PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd of May 1977.
