2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
3 ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED OF EASEMENT.
41 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS
5 1 . The quitclaim deed granted by United California Bank Realty Corporation
6 dated March 30, 1977, for easement for alley purposes , including public right-of-
7 way, electrical transmission lines, gas, water, telephone and television lines
8 and cable television purposes, in and to the real property hereinafter described:
9 Southerly seven and one-half feet of Lots 1 , 2, 3 and 4
10 Block 16 of the-Town of San Jacinto, as per maps, Book 7,
11 Page 329, records of San Diego County.
12 be and is hereby accepted.
13 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to a copy
14 of this Resolution and to cause it to be filed for record with the said deed
15 with the official records of the County of Riverside.
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April 1977.
