RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
3 CITY OF SAN JACINTO ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR RE-ESTABLISHING OF WATER SERVICE
4 DISCONTINUED FOR ABUSE OR LATE PAYMENT

This resolution is adopted with reference to the following facts :

A. The effect of inflation has increased the amount of the
7I required fee necessary to pay for the costs of re--establishing
water service.

B. Ordinance No® '591 has amended Section 21-5 of the city
91 code to permit the fee to be revised from time to time by
resolution of the city council,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
11 SAN JACINTO, sitting in regularadjourned session this 19th day

11. The water department shall charge and obtain a fee for the
13iservice of re-establishing water service disconnected by reason
! of abuse or failure to gray water charges in the amount of $5w'00
14 providing the service is re-established during the usual business
15 hours of the city,
2 . For re-establishing service at other than usual business hours
16 of this city , the fee skull be charged in the amount of $10. 00 .
17 3 This resolution shall become effective on the effective date
of Ordinance No® 591 of this city, May 19 1977.
