2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
3 OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
ENDORSING A FORMULA FOR DISTRIBUTION OF THE
4 1976 PARK BOND ACT FUND AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :

6 1 . That the proposed 35% County, 65% City and Special Districts formula
7 for distribution of 1976 Park Bond Act Fund as recommended by the City Managers
8 of Riverside County on March 11 , 1977 is hereby endorsed, approved and adopted
9 by the City of San Jacinto.
1011 2. That the population estimate of 5,900 as estimated by the County
11 planning Department in 1980 is hereby accepted for the purposes of tile"distri-
12 "bution of funds per population basis for the City of San Jacinto.
13 3. That copies of this resolution be forwarded to Riverside County Parks
14 Department, Riverside County City Managers Association and the County Board of
15 Supervisors as evidence of the city's choice of formula on fund distribution.
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April 1977.
