OF SAN JACINTO ACCEPTING THE FINDINGS, RECOM-
3 MENDATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE PiANNTNr
COMMISSION IN CONNECTION WITH LOT SPLIT LS-1-77

5 WHEREAS, an application for a lot split (LS-1-77) has been filed with
6 the Planning Commission by Byron Johanson, 375 De Anza Drive; and
7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request and has
g granted the lot split subject to conditions of street dedication and a drainage
9 easement; and
10 WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed to the Council for relief from the
11 requirement of the drainage easement;
12 ! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
131 Jacinto as follows:
14 I 1 . The foregoing facts are true.
15 2. To approve the parcel man.
16 3. To accept the dedications for. street and drainage' easement
17 and the findings of the Planning Commission.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND �q')PTE9 the 22nd day of March 1977.
