1 A RESOLUTION OF THE
2 CITY OF SAY, JACINTOF CALIFORNIA
3 REGARDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE SEISMIC SAFETY/SAFETY ELEMENT CONTRACT

5 WHEREAS , the County of Riverside on November 5 , 1974 entered
6 into a contract with ENVICOM. Corporation, on behalf of the City of
7 San Jacinto, for technical services leading to the adoption of the
8 Seismic Safety/Safety Elements of the General Plan; and
9 WHEREAS , this program, due to problems of a technical nature ,
10 has encountered significant delay and has extended well beyond the
11 original contract period,
12 THEREFORE , the City of San Jacinto does hereby resolve that the
13 County of Riverside is authorized to amend said contract in ac-
14 cordance with the proposed Amendment to the Agreement, dated January
15 18, 1977, a copy of which is attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" .
