I RESOLUTION NO. 1126
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, CON-
3 SIDERING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNTY HIGHWAY
WITHIN THE CORPORATELIMITS OF THE CITY ON HEWITT
4 STREET BETWEEN PARK AVENUE AND SEVENTH STREET.
5 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside has caused
to be forwarded to the City Council of the City of San Jacinto a Resolution
6 designating as a County highway the portions of Hewitt Street and for purposes
hereinafter described , and it is the opinion of the City that it would be ad-
7 vantageous that said street becomes a County highway pursuant to Section 1700
et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code, all as more particularly set forth in
8 an agreement between the City of San Jacinto and the County of Riveside adopted !
concurrently herewith; now, therefore, pursuant to Section 1701 of the Streets
9 and Highways Code,
10 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto sitting

11 in regular adjourned session on October 26, 1976 as follows :
12 1 . The Council consents to the establishment and declaration as a County
highway, of that portion of Hewitt Street, between Park Avenue and Seventh
13 Street, lying within the corporate limits of the City of San Jacinto, as a
County highway, for the limited purpose of reconstructing said highway, pursuant
14 to the provisions of Section 1700, et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code.
15 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption hereof, and cause three
copies to be forwarded to the Road Commissioner, County of Riverside.

MOVED AND ADOPTED the 26th day of October 1976 by the following vote;
