3 ING ITS AGENT TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE STATE
AND FEDERAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATION.

j BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:

THAT H. E. McNabb, the City Manager of the City of San Jacinto, is hereby

authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of San Jacinto, a California!

municipality, established under the laws of the State of California, this appli-
cation and to file it in the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtain-i
9
10 ing certain Federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act (Public
11
Law 288.93rd Congress) or otherwise available from the President 's Disaster Re-
lief Fund.

13 THAT the City of San Jacinto, a California municipality, established under
the laws of the State of California, hereby authorizes its agent to provide to
14
the State and to the Federal Disaster Assistance Administration (FDAA) , Depart-
15
16 ment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for all matters pertaining to such
Federal disaster assistance the assurances and agreements printed on EXHIBIT "A" �
17
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference ,
18
19 ` MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of October 1976.
