2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO A 1ENDING -RESOLUTION
3 NO. 1105 r ADOPTED JUNE 22 , 19761,
BY AMENDING THE DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL
41 PROPERTY INTEREST TO BE SOLD AND CONVEYED.
5 This resolution is adopted with reference to the following facts -
6 A. Resolution No. 11�,5, , adopted June 22, 1976 authorized the
sale and conveyance of an interest in real property to 'Willianl
7 C. Gorman and Betty Jo Gorman , and included ;the description of
the property to be conveyed in Exhibit A thereto.
B. The description, Exhibit A, was in error in that it ;purports
9 to retain a nonexclusive easement as Parcel 2 , while at the
same time it conveys only a nonexclusive easement,thereby retain
10 irq fee title in the City of San Jacinto. In fact it was the
intention of the -City Council of this city to thereby authorize
11 the conveyance of fee title to Parcel 2 described in Exhibit A,
12 while retaining a nonexclusive easement for this city.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
131. San Jacinto, sitting in regular session the 5th day of_ October,
1976 as follows .

j 1. Exhibit A of Resolution No. 1 105 is hereby amended to read
15 as set forth in Exhibit B , attached hereto,
16 2 . The Mayor and City 'Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute a new deed to 11 lliam C. Gorman and Betty Jo Gorman
17 for the corrected legal description of Parcel 2 , Exhibit B ,
and to cause the recording and delivery to the grantees;, on
18 a fore: prepared by the city attorney.

2 PARCEL 2 : The Southerly 25 feet of the South half of the
North half of Farm Lot 58 of the Lands of the San Jacinto Land
3 Association, as shown by Map on file in Book 8 , page 357 of Maps ,
4 San Diego 'County Records ;
5 EXCEPTING therefrom the Westerly 200 feet thereof,
ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom any portion included in Camino Los Banos.

i RESERVING a nonexclusive easement for road purposes , public

utility purposes and for water lines of the City of San Jacinto ,
together with the right to dedicate said strip of land for
8 public road purposes , in said parcel. Grantor covenants to grantee
to restore :all improvements in said easement' for road purposes
9 to good condition in the event of grantor's causing any repairs
to be made to grantor's water lines , and to restore to reasonably
10 good condition all improvements to grantee 's adjacent land damaged
11 in the course of making such repairs ,
