A RESOLUTIO14 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO , A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, AMFNDING
3 RESOLUTION NO. 1097 TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN MINI-
MUM ALLOWABLE WATER CONSUMPTION INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
4 THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, AND TO AMEND THE MINIMUM
-
RATE FOR WATER CONSUMPTION.

WHEREAS , the allowable minimum consumption for certain meter'
6 sizes was incorrectly calculated in Resolution No. 1097 , and 5/8
inch meters are now being removed from the water system as they
7 are retired from use ,
8 NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto , sitting in regular session the 7th day of
9 September as follows :
20 1 . The minimum cubic feet of water in Section three ( 3) of
Resolution 1097 is amended as follows :

2 . The revised minimum volume shall apply retroactively to
18 the effective date of Resolution No. 1097.
19i 3. The rates for minimum water service set forth in Section
201 3 of Resolution No. 1097 is hereby amended as follows to be
effective for the current cycle to be charged on the next bill
21 statement :

4. The nonresidential surcharge provided in Section four
- 25 (4) of Resolution No. 1097 shall apply to the amended provisions
