I RESOLUTION NO. 1112 :
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S.AN JACINTO j
A 'CALIFORNIA :MUNICIPALITY, EXPRESSING INTENT TO AMEND THE
3 CONTRACT WITH THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM
4 1- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto desires to extend
5 to its employees the benefits of certain military service,
6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
7 Jacinto does hereby express its intention to amend the existing contract to
8 include military service for retirement purposes. .
9 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of % � � � 1976.
