JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY , CONFIRMING THE
3 R[PORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR
THE COST OF ABATEMENT OFCERTAIN PUBLIC NUISANCES

THIS RESOLUTION IS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

A. The City Council of the City of San Jacinto by its Resolution No. 1090-
- 6 determined after public hearings duly held and published under the provisions
of Section 39567. 1 of the Government Code that certain public nuisances existed "
7 upon or adjacent to streets , sidewalks and parcels or private property within
the City of San Jacinto, and by motion duly passed ordered the Superintendent
8 of Streets , also known as the Superintendent of Public Works , to abate the same;'
9 B. The Superintendent of Public Works caused the said public nuisances to
be abated and filed with the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Jacin
10 to on July 15,-_197�_-- his itemized written report showing the cost of
abatement of the public nuisances in front of or on each separate parcel of land
11 where the work was done by him and a copy of that report together with a notice
of public hearing to be held concerning that report was posted as required by
12 the provisions of Section 39575 of the Government Code;
13 C. On _ July 20, 1976 at the Council Chambers , 209 E. Main Street, San
Jacinto, California , a public hearing was duly held by the City Council of the
14 City of San Jacinto to determine whether said report of the Superintendent of
Public Works should be accepted and confirmed concerning his cost to abate the
15 public nuisances , and evidence was heard whether or not said report was a true
account of said cost;

D. A report prepared by the City Clerk was presented to and received by
17 the City Council at each of the two public hearings.
18 E. No protests were made or filed to either report or to the consolidated
19 report, except as follows : none
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacin
to in regular session assembled as follows:

1 . The report of the Superintendent of Public Works showing his costs to
22 abate the public nuisances as determined by Resolution No. logo of this city
be and is hereby approved , accepted and confirmed in accordance with the pro
23 visions of Section 39576 of the Government Code.
2A 2. All protests to either of said reports or to the consolidated report
are hereby overruled, except as follows: no exceptions .

3. The report is accepted and confirmed , and the City Clerk is directed tc
26 certify to the adoption of this resolution and to cause a copy,.together with a
certified copy of the report, to be filed with the County Auditor of the County
27 of Riverside on or before August 10, 1976 and to file for recording a cer-
tified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder, County of Riverside ,
28 State of California.
29 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 1976.
