WHEP.TAS , authority exists for the sale of said real property,

by the provisions of Section 37350 of the Governrment Code reading
as follows 'e

7 A. city -may purchase, lease, receive', hold and enjoy
real and personal property and control and dispose
of it for the common benefit;

the real property pursuant to the above cited authority.

of San Jacinto, California, sifting in rersular session this vif
11lday of June , 1976 , as follows :
12 ',i 1. The mayor of this city, or in his absence;, the mayor pro
13 tern-core, torrether. with the City Cler] are authorized and instructed
to execute a deed to Tejilli-am C. Gorman am Betty sic Cormlan, under
14 j the following terms of 'sale
a. For the payment of 88 ,000.00 cash payable upon 'close
1511 of escrow. Standard title insurance policy shall lie pro-
16 videe at the expense of the City Of San Jacinto , showing
title vested inpurchasers free o.f all liens and encumkarances
17i except that portion in Camino "Los Banos 'Street.
b. The City shall reserve a nonexclusive easement over
18li the IlTortherly 25 feet of the subject parcel i,l Parcel 2
19 i� thereof for roast and utility tVurnOses, subject to covenant
set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
20 ' 2 . Said officers are au' horized to deposit said conveyance ir.
21 escrow under the ahove-des crib ed conditions and they are hereby
emrcawer_ed to ei-ecute escrow instructions with the L.nitec, California
22 Bank, as escrow, and to execute all other docur. -.ent:s and papers
necessary to; effect the closing o- the sales transaction, including

24 3. The real property to be sold is described as Follows :
25 Real. property in the City of San Jacinto;, County of
RiVersi(10, State of California, as more particularly set
26 forth in Exhibit A attaches' hereto.
4 . ' The City Council finds and determines that the purchase

price of $8 , 000.100 is equal to or e.-ceeds the fair market value of
28 the interest to be conveyed and the council- further determines
that it is in the best interest and convenience of the Public and,
29 of the residents of the Cite of San Jacinto that the real property
hereinabove described be sold for the reason that the parcel is
30 extensively "landlocked" and of little present or ,future use for
municipal purposes , that the prop economic development or- the
31 neighborhood is enhanced by the sale herein and the proposed
development , and. .its best use is for mobile"'iome park purposes .

proceeds of the sale herein authorized to the Property

Lot; thence Northerly on the Westerly line of said Lot 330 feet to the North-

in said parcel . Grantor covenants to grantee to restore all improvements in
15 said easement to good condition in the event of grantor' s causing causing any
repairs to be made to grantor' s water lines , and to restore to reasonably good
16 condition all improvements to grantee's adjacent land damaged in the course of
making such repairs.
