CITY OF SAN JACINTO SIGNIFYING INTENT TO
.3 ! EFFECT TERMINATION OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE
SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT OF MARCH 1 , 1951 .

5 RESOLVED, That the City of San Jacinto requests the Board of Adminis--
6 tration of the Public Employees Retirement System to terminate the agreement of
7 February 16, 1951 between the City of San Jacinto and the State of California
8 effective 30 June 1978; and be it further
9 RESOLVED, That H. E. McNabb, City Manager be, and is directed to sign
10 the necessary documents and conduct such negotiations as are necessary to
11 terminate said agreement.
12 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 1976.
