A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE SHELL OIL COMPANY BULK PUR-
3 CHASES AWARD BY THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
4 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto requests participation in
5 Award 76/3862 to Shell Oil Company by the Riverside County Board of Superivsors
6 for the purchase of lubricating oils and greases from July 1 , 1976 through June
7 30, 1977.
8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City{ Council of the City of San Jacin
9 to approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
10 County contract for lubricating oils and greases:
11 1 . Will make all purchases in its own name, for public
use only,

2. Will be responsible for payment directly to the ven
13 dor and for tax liability, and will hold the County
harmless therefrom;
14
3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract
15 for like purchases;
16 4k Has not obtained and does not have under consideration
written bids or quotations from other vendors for like
17 ! services.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this #pZj ` day of June 1976.
