1 RESOLUTION NO.- 1101
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF :THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO AUTHORIZING FUNDING OF CITY OPERATIONS PEND-
3 ING ADOPTION OF A BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77
4 WHEREAS, the City Council desires that City operations continue,pending
5 adoption of a budget for Fiscal Year 1976-77,
6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council sitting in a regular
7 adjourned session this 22nd day of June, 1976, as follows:
8 1 . The City Manager is authorized to continue the Fiscal
year 1975-76 level of operations and to make such
9 transfers of funds as may be_necessary for that pur-
pose except for salaries.

2. This resolution shall cease to be effective upon ad-
11 _ option of` a budget for Fiscal Year 1976-77.

12 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June 1976,
