3 JACINTO RECOMMENDING NEGATIVE VOTE ON
4 PROPOSITION NO. 15 ,` NUCLEAR INITIATIVE IN
JUNE PRIMARY ELECTION

6 RECITAL: This resolution is adopted
7 1. City Council of City of San Jacinto is concerned for its
8 citizens and future generations of City of San Jacinto, that there
be sufficient and economical generations of energy.

10 2 The Council is further concerned for a viable and
effective 'economy; of the State of California with sufficient
11 electrical poc=Term`

13 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
14 City of San Jacinto as follows :
15 1 The Council recommends a: negative vote on Proposition
16 No. 15 ' re 'Nuclear Energy in the June Primary Election.
17 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
18 resolution and send copies to The Honorable Robert Presley, The
Honorable Jerry Lewis , League of California Cities, Citrus Belt
19 Division, League of California Cities , and the San Jacinto Chamber_
20 of Commerce
21 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED by unanimous 'vote on April 20 ,
