2 A" RESOLUTION OF THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS:
5 A. The Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held a public
hearing on May 13, 1975, to consider the proposed amendment of the land use
6 element of the General Plan herein acted upon and by its Resolution No., 75-1
recommended to the City Council that the amendment be adopted.
7 B. A public hearing was duly held August 5, 1975 by the City Council
8 after notice was duly published. The following written or oral communications
were received from members of the public:
9 ; Ray Visser, 741 Grand Avenue, San Jacinto inquired if he
10 could sell his residences as residences after the amendment.
After being assured that he could, he said he favored the
11 change.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto as follows:
13 1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.
14 2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City
is amended as follows: from single family residential

and highway commercial to industrial .
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of August 1975.
