2 _A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE UNION OIL COMPANY BULK PUR
3 CHASES AWARD BY THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
¢ BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto requests participation in
5 Award 75/3493 to Union Oil Company by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors
6 for the purchase of lubricating oils and greases from July 1 , 1975 through June
7 30, 1976:
8 ) - BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
9 I Jacinto approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation
10 ,; in the County contract for lubricating oils and greases:
11 1 . Will make all purchases in its own name, for public
use only;
12
2. Will be responsible for payment directly to the ven_
13 dor and for tax liability and will hold the County
harmless therefrom;
14
3. Has not and will not have in force any other con-
15 tract for like purchases;
16 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consider-
ation written bids or quotations from other vendors
17 for like purchases.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this / day of June 1975.
