2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO RENEW-
ING THE CONTRACT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
3 FOR THE ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT PROGRAM DUPING THE 1974-75 FIS-
CAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto does

hereby renew the contract with the Department of California Highway Patrol for
6 "
the abatement of abandoned vehicles during the fiscal year 1974-75; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sam Kalfayan, City Manager, is hereby auth

j orized to sign and deliver said contract for and in behalf of the City of San
9
Jacinto.
